This is April Coffee Roasters go-to recipe for the V60 in 2018. It's simple, memorable, and uses a distinct pouring technique.

April Coffee Roasters favoured more forceful pours over stirring to agitate the slurry, so as to extract the coffee more evenly. The resulting coffee is balanced, clear, and has a higher TDS (extraction) than most pour over recipes.
