The Weber Workshops EG-1 can grind coffee between a range of 0 – 1400 microns.

Because the 'zero point' is different from one grinder to another, the zero on this chart starts from where the burr lock position (at 0 microns). Once you have established the burr lock position on your EG-1, add the number you need to the burr position number to get to the right grinder setting for your brew method.
